OUR PROCESS
STEP 1
The first step is to construct a 6x6 road mesh connected with #5 rebar, 4'-6' on center depending on location. With the use of Helix steel fibers the mesh or rebar used as shrinkage and temperature steel can be eliminated and used as a far superior upgrade to anything else on the market. It will then be ready for inspection and form placement.
STEP 2
Here we're installing aluminum forms and headers, encasing all of the structural steel.
STEP 3
We are completing the form process by tying all the forms together with walk boards in preparation for the placing of the concrete.
STEP 4
We then remove all of the aluminum forms prior to setting the roof trusses. Window forms are removed and poured concrete window bucking remains. Window openings are ready for install. Simply caulk them and tapcon them in place. No need for wood bucking that could potentially rot or leak.
STEP 5
This home is now ready for rough mechanical inspection. The roof is stocked and ready for the shingles to be installed.
